Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SceneClean Pro website located at scenecleanpro.com or engaging our services. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SceneClean Pro LLC.

2. Description of Services

SceneClean Pro provides professional biohazard remediation, crime scene cleanup, unattended death cleanup, hoarding cleanup, drug and meth lab decontamination, and trauma cleanup services ("Services"). All Services are performed by licensed and certified technicians in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

3. Service Agreements

All cleanup services require execution of a separate Service Agreement prior to the commencement of work. The Service Agreement will specify:

• The scope of work to be performed
• Estimated costs and payment terms
• Access authorization for the property
• Insurance coordination terms (if applicable)
• Completion criteria and final clearance standards

The Service Agreement supersedes any verbal representations made prior to its execution. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual scope of work differs materially from the initial assessment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual Service Agreement. In general:

• Estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards, check, and bank transfer
• For insurance-billed jobs, payment terms follow the insurance claim timeline
• Unpaid balances may be subject to interest charges and collection proceedings

5. Property Access and Authorization

By signing a Service Agreement, you warrant that you have the legal authority to grant access to the property to be cleaned. You agree to indemnify SceneClean Pro against any claims arising from unauthorized access to property under your direction. SceneClean Pro is not responsible for pre-existing property damage discovered during the cleanup process.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SceneClean Pro's total liability arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall SceneClean Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Warranty and Guarantee

SceneClean Pro warrants that all Services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and applicable regulations. Our clearance guarantee means the treated area will pass third-party post-remediation testing for the specific contaminants addressed in the Service Agreement. This warranty does not cover new contamination events or pre-existing conditions unrelated to our work.

8. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of the situations in which our services are required. SceneClean Pro agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client identities, property locations, and circumstances requiring our services. Our staff are contractually bound by confidentiality agreements. We will not disclose client information except as required by law or expressly authorized by you in writing.

Our website is provided for informational purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from website content without written permission
